Earl G. Wooten

Position: Vice President, Wells Fargo Bank

Earl G. Wooten earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Davidson College, NC. He furthered his music education at the UCLA School of Entertainment Studies and has composed the musical scores for numerous independent films. Earl is employed in the Wealth Management Division of Wells Fargo Bank as a Senior Underwriter.  In addition, he is an author of prose and poetry, having recently completed his first novel “A Shade Different” which is represented by the Paul Levine Literary Agency, and his poetry has been published in the Altadena Poetry Review. 

Earl is actively engaged in the community, currently serving as a Board member of the Robey Theater Company and a Board member of the Inner City Youth Orchestra of Los Angeles.   Earl is the Vice President of the International Black Writers and Artists of Los Angeles and he also serves as a founding member of the board of In The Meantime Men’s Group, an HIV advocacy and awareness community organization.
